Gold Run Condos are located in the heart of Boulder, Colorado, the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. With over 300 days of sunshine a year; thousands of acres of preserved open space; hundreds of miles of hiking, rock climbing and biking trails; an active health-conscious culture; and a growing farm-to-table foodie scene, the location has something for everyone, at any age.

Gold Run’s 12-acre creekside campus is full of mature trees and lush green spaces. They are bordered by the beautiful Boulder Creek with its accompanying 10 mile multi-use pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists. From your homes, it is an easy walk, bike or bus to nearly everything.

Without crossing a street you can walk or bicycle away from your home, through Gold Run complex, and onto the Boulder Creek path; from there you can head downtown to the shops and eateries on Pearl Street Mall, to the public library, or over to the large twice-weekly farmer's market; the creek path is also connected to more than 300 miles of bikeways (on-street bike lanes and multi-use paths). This includes 58 miles of dedicated car-free pathways (such as the Boulder Creek path) for bikes and pedestrians.

The University of Colorado (CU) Main and East Campuses and Naropa University Main Campus, with their extensive educational, cultural and entertainment options, can be reached in minutes, without crossing a street, by walking or biking along the beautiful Boulder Creek Bike path

Just across the creek from our campus via a wooden bridge lies Scott Carpenter Park. This large community park contains an open grassy field with a popular hill perfect for sledding down in the winter and picnicking on in the summer. There is a playground and Olympic-sized community swimming pool with a water slide, a skate park and a beautifully maintained baseball field. Overall, Boulder is home to more than 60 urban parks, many of which have playgrounds and other recreational facilities.
